Manage platform products throughout their lifecycle, serving as the central point of contact within the organization and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
Act as the sub-project manager for customer-specific variant projects, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with the platform’s goals
Oversee budgeting, financial control, and profitability analysis related to platform initiatives
Engage in strategic capacity planning to optimize resources and support the long-term success of the platform
Coordinate and monitor non-conformance (NC) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes for the platform, addressing issues arising from customer complaints to ensure quality and compliance
Create and maintain comprehensive platform documentation essential for business development and account management. This includes specifications with design limits and offer bases, among other critical information

Technical (engineering) or scientific training, supplemented by advanced studies or a strong background in digital subjects
Experience in the field of medical devices is highly desirable
Business administration knowledge is advantageous, especially for candidates with technical or scientific backgrounds
Demonstrated experience in project management, highlighting your ability to oversee complex initiatives
Proven ability to lead in a matrix organizational structure, fostering collaboration across teams and functions
Fluent in English. Proficient in German
