Job Overview

Ensure process consistency and develop insight to drive portfolio governance and success

This is what our Process Managers live for: by interpreting the Alliance ́s Performance Indicators, they provide an accurate picture on how a portfolio of projects is progressing, support strategic decision making and orchestrate the conversations (internal and external) that will ensure operational efficiency.

And here is where you come in: we have opened a Portfolio Oversight Process Manager job to support the growth of our Drug Development Partnership Team.

This is a Europe based job: you could work from any of our main offices or home based.

Covance is now Labcorp, and we are much more than a typical CRO:
  • We were named to Fast Company magazine’s list of 2021 Most Innovative Companies for ourleadership in scientific innovation in the fight against COVID-19.
  • We were also recognized with the 2020 Global CRO Company of the Year Award by Frost & Sullivan for our capacity to integrate digital technologies, remote monitoring, and telemedicine services to ensure continuity of and decentralizing clinical trials.
THE JOB

Our Portfolio Oversight Process Managers tell a story through tracking & monitoring the performance of Covance ́s Strategic Alliance Accounts.

What story? We don’t just want you to compile a set of KPIs and metrics on a monthly basis. We will trust you to interpret and consolidate them in the narrative that will show the Covance ́s Executive Team and our Global Pharmaceutical partners if the Alliance is working consistently and effectively across the portfolio (these are multi-national, complex clinical trials: are costs kept under control? Timeliness met? Client and CRO processes aligned?, etc.)

This Is a High Visibility Job
  • Upon the insights you develop, action plans will be designed.
  • Your robust analysis of metrics, KPIs and objectives will provide the ground to have transparent conversations with our partners.
What Makes This Job Special

You will be working for two different business units:
  • Drug Development Partnership Solutions, and
  • Covance ́s Central Labs.
This Is Why This Position

One of your main goals is to ensure processes continuity, so that Covance ́s and our Sponsor ́s processes are aligned and run smoothly.
  • Will have you working cross-functionally, exposed to multiple teams (Clinical Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal...), and you will orchestrate the conversation between them to provide solutions to the portfolio needs
  • You will have the unique opportunity to drive synergies between Clinical Operations and Central Labs
Few other CROs can offer you this broad and strategic perspective of managing the Drug Development Process with Global Pharma clients

Education/Qualifications
