Our fields of expertise are engineering, transaction management, Power Purchase Agreement, TA (Technical Advisory) and management consulting advisory services including ESG and Sustainability advisory, which are necessary for the realization of projects in renewable energies. In order to actively support our management in the areas of Advisory Services, we are looking for a committed personality for our Advisory Department, immediately or by appointment.

Aufgaben

• Origination of Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) with international corporate and private offtakers
• You will manage the sale and acquisition as well as the financing of wind, PV and hydropower assets in different stages of development and support transactions in all phases (pre- and post-transaction)
• Economic modelling and feasibility evaluation of hi-tech trading concepts along the renewable value chain
• Offtake scenario development within the branch responsible teams
• Responsible for driving concepts to reality with communication to internal and external contacts
• Establishment of documentation and presentations for banks, investors and other involved entities and you maintain and actively expand the network to potential investors and providers of renewable projects
• Your expertise is primarily in the European energy industry with a focus on renewable energies (wind power, photovoltaics) and their market integration and you have relevant contacts in these markets with project developers, project sponsors and banks
• Contribution in project teams as an independent player in the company and intercompany
• High Level Diplomatic communication with corporate energy departments of targeted markets and countries. Commitment to adapt local market and energy production concepts to its own knowledge to predict the political and market development in the targeted country

Qualifikation

• Experience in origination and contracting of PPA’s including structuring and adaption scenarios establishment
• Offtake Agreement Modelling for PPA or Transaction
• Experience with different kinds of PPA’s (CFD contract for difference, Virtual and Physical PPAs, Pay as produced, Pay as forecasted, Baseload) with min. 2 years track record
• Ability to lead contract negotiations and energy offtake structuring of PV, Wind and renewable energy power plants in different stages of development and support such transactions in all phases (pre- and post-transaction)
• Proven expertise primarily in the European energy industry with a focus on renewable energies (mainly wind power, photovoltaics) and their market integration and you have relevant contacts in these markets to potential offtakers, project developers, project sponsors and banks
• You analyse data in cooperation with attached teams (Market Intelligence, M&A, Engineering and Energy Trading) and ensure the right documentation is prepared. Further you support the handover to the respective internal department and/or the offtaker of the project (post closing)
• Key account management in assigned markets
• Professional knowledge of German and English, additional language knowledge is considered as a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally (30%)
• An emphatic, loyal and forward-looking attitude is key
