  • Unterstützung der Bereiche Real Estate Asset Management in Bezug auf folgende Tätigkeiten:
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Immobilienstrategien
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Budgets (Capex, Opex etc.)
  • Cash-Flow Analysen
  • Markt- und Mieterresearch
  • Analyse und Auswertung von Kennzahlen für Benchmarks (z.B. im Bereich ESG: GRESB, PACTA) und Berichterstattungen
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Business Development sowie bei der Erstellung portfolioübergreifenden Analysen
  • Erstellung von internen und externen Vorlagen und Präsentationen für Entscheidungsgremien
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und damit verbundenen Projekten (Photovoltaik, E-Mobilität, Datenerfassung, Betriebsoptimierungen, etc.)
  • Interne und externe Berichterstattung (Auswertung, Mietlaufzeiten, Zahlungsrückstände, Mieteinnahmen etc.)
  • Übernahme genereller administrativer Aufgaben
Your Profile
  • Kaufmännisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt in der Immobilienwirtschaft, allgemeines kaufmännisches Studium mit Zusatzqualifikation in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit Interesse an Immobilien und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift / Französisch von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Teamplayer
  • Fähigkeit zur selbständigen Arbeit
