Dies ist eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, Einblicke in die Welt der Finanzen und des Controllings in einem schnelllebigen Konsumgüterunternehmen zu erhalten. Du wirst mit verschiedenen funktionalen Teams zusammenarbeiten, praktische Erfahrungen sammeln und das Team bei täglichen Aufgaben und speziellen Projekten unterstützen.

Deine Hauptaufgaben:

• Aktive Unterstützung des Teams bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresberichten
• Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Analysen, um eine periodengerechte Verbuchung zu gewährleisten
• Unterstützung des Teams bei den täglichen Aufgaben (z.B. Abschlussumbuchungen, Buchung von Kundenrechnungen)
• Du bist verantwortlich für den E-Commerce Forecast und die Zollabwicklung
• Kunden- und Produkt-GuV-Kalkulation für Vertrieb und Marketing

Dein Profil:

• Du stehst kurz vor dem Abschluss deines Studiums oder verfügst bereits über einen akademischen Abschluss im Bereich Finanzen oder Wirtschaft
• Du bringst bereits Vorerfahrungen aus anderen Praktikumseinsätzen o.Ä. im relevanten Bereich mit
• Deine analytischen und organisatorischen Fähigkeiten zeichnen dich genauso wie deine Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit aus
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten gehören zu deinen Stärken und Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
• Du verfügst über hervorragende MS-Office-Kenntnisse und bist fortgeschritten in Excel
• Du bist in der Lage, komplexe Finanzdaten in eine allgemeine verständliche Sprache zu übersetzen und bist es gewohnt, kulturübergreifend zu kommunizieren
• Du bist eine ehrgeizige und zielstrebige Person, die immer nach Möglichkeiten sucht, die aktuellen Best Practices zu verbessern

This is an unique opportunity to get insights into the finance and controlling world in a fast-moving consumer goods setting. You will work with different functional teams, get hands-on experience, and support the team in daily tasks and special projects.

Key Accountabilities:

• Actively supporting the team in the monthly and yearly report creation
• Carrying out target vs actual analyses in order to ensure a period-based booking
• Supporting the team in their daily tasks (e.g. closure rebooking, customer invoices booking)
• You are responsible for the custom duties and the e-commerce forecast
• Customers and products P&L calculation for sales and marketing

Your Profile:

• You are either approaching the end of your studies or already hold an academic degree within finance or economics
• You already gained previous experience from other internships or similar in the relevant area
• Your analytical and organizational skills distinguish you as well as your enthusiasm and ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication skills are one of your strengths and you are fluent in German and English
• Your MS Office skills are exceptional and you are advanced in Excel
• You have the ability of converting complex financial findings into common language and are accustomed to communicating cross-culturally
• We believe that you are an ambitious and goal oriented person, always searching for ways to improve current best practice
