  • You are responsible for and lead complex projects with a focus on the manufacturing industry (automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, electronics, high-tech and medical technology)
  • You develop functional strategies within the scope of optimization and transformation projects

  • You successfully win and manage demanding and strategic key accounts
  • You accompany the digital transformation by identifying (strategic) options for causes of action
  • You will make a significant contribution to the further development of our business by developing and successfully positioning innovative service offerings for our customers
  • Location: Mannheim, Cologne, Munich, Hamburg
How do you stand out?
  • You have several years of grounded consulting experience in a recognized management consultancy
  • You have led complex consulting projects with a focus on manufacturing (automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, electronics, high-tech and medical technology)
  • You convince with your excellent expertise in the following areas: supply chain management, digitalization, performance management and organizational design
  • You have a high affinity for digital and technology topics and you accompany the digital change by presenting (strategic) courses of action
  • You have sound experience in business development/account management
  • You have a high level of client orientation and a strongly developed analytical way of thinking and working to solve complex assignments
  • You practice an open and appreciative way of communication and have excellent leadership skills
  • You tackle challenges and find suitable solutions
  • You have already achieved a lot in your professional career and have developed an extensive network
  • You have outstanding communication and presentation skills in German and English
