Senior Sales Executive (ServiceNow)

Northern & Central Europe (NCE) Region

The DXC Technology Sales Organization

You will become a member of our talented DXC Technology Sales Organization in Europe. We are a High-Performance sales organization, that is thriving from working with our customers – often Industry Leaders – solving complex business challenges and positioning solutions in your focus area together with our skilled Presales and Solutioning organizations.

You will also work closely partner with our technical experts to expand the value proposition towards your client and offer the full stack. You will lead Cross-sell initiatives to existing platinum clients across on behalf of multiple business initiatives - You will be regarded a Business Leader and Problem Solver by your customer, in fact their trusted advisor on Business Technology Solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales results and contribute to revenue results for NCE Region ECA
  • Grow pipeline through existing accounts and new logo accounts
  • Work to close deals using selling best practices eg., client call plans, close plans, sales strategies
  • Cultivate client relationships to foster further growth for DXC
  • Be knowledgeable on the ECA offerings being sold and keep up to date with the latest offering developments, value propositions and marketing/pricing/packaging/licensing options
  • Actively participate as part of NCE ECA sales team and the wider NCE sales community
  • Participate and collaborate with regional industry teams and leaders, account leaders, other Offering sellers
  • Work closely with ECA Practice leaders (regional & global) and with Alliance Partners relevant in region
  • Create, drive, and deliver sales forecasts to meet or exceed budgets in transparent, predictable manner – weekly cadences and weekly status reporting on pipeline, deals, clients etc
Requirements
  • Sales experience and success delivering or exceeding sales quotas
  • 5-7 years’ experience in IT services & product sales – successful sales execution and client engagement
  • Experience and/or familiarity with ServiceNow products and business
  • Preferably fluent English & German in addition to local language in other countries
  • Experience / familiarity with ServiceNow (and experience or interest in other ECA practices also preferred)
  • Digital (cloud-based application) sales experience and digital business acumen
  • University (bachelor’s degree) minimum
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
