On behalf of our client, an international consulting company within Healthcare and Life Sciences, Swisslinx is looking for a Principal/Senior Principal Consultant to join their team in Switzerland. Our client partners with life sciences companies to maximize the commercial value of their products.

Your mission:

  • Leading and managing Strategic Consulting projects on a global scale
  • Client relationship management
  • Projects covering Market Access and Commercialization
  • Ensuring the highest standards of analysis, hypothesis and recommendations delivered to clients
  • Developing and mentoring junior members of the team
  • Active involvement in the full Strategic Consulting Life Cycle – from business development to the post implementation stage

Your profile:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the Strategy Consulting field covering the Life Sciences sector
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences related discipline
  • A strong understanding of commercial strategies and needs of clients within the Life Sciences sector is a must
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, including the ability to manage project work streams and coach junior team members
  • Fluency in English
