We are looking for a Business Consultant to support our Private Banking and Wealth Management clients deliver their strategic priorities.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

Strategy, business case and target operating model definitions

Business analysis and business process re-engineering based on industry best practice and Accenture’s market leading accelerators

Data management and data analytics support

Project management

Risk management

Change management

Organisational design and development

Your Profile

At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within a Financial Services company / or management consulting firm within Financial Services

University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or related field

Good understanding of Financial Services and ideally the Wealth Management industry

Strong analytically, a quick learner with the ability to work under pressure and manage tight time frames

Experience and interest in creating commercial propositions and presentations to clients

Demonstrate flexibility to travel for work in line with regulations in effect

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English and German

Knowledge of French or an additional European language would be an asset
