For our most recent mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent in the following field:Private Equity | Structuring Lawyer | Zug & Remote | 3-6 months | Jul. 2023 | 100% | CHF 130’000+TasksResponsibilities
  • Provide legal guidance on the structuring of funds, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. investment managers, FINMA)
  • Analyze and address tax and regulatory aspects associated with private market funds
  • Draft and negotiate distribution agreements for private market funds
  • Assist in the corporate set-up of fund / SPV structures in Luxembourg
RequirementsQualifications
  • Fluent in English; German is an asset
  • Resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein
  • Min. 5 years of PQE as fund structurer / transaction lawyer
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, incl. AIFMD and MiFID
  • Experience in Luxembourg funds incl. ELTIFS, SICAV
