Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
  • Handle the region’s outsourced car fleet including contract management, related administrative tasks and communication.
  • Act as main point of contact for car fleet outsourcing company and secondary point of contact for drivers and lease companies.
  • Maintain database, handle fuel cards and fines
  • Coordinate car policy amendments with leadership team
  • Research best vehicle types based on company’s operations and budget.
  • Manage driving behavior.
  • Act as office and administrator coordinator back-up when necessary
  • Provide employee onboarding training related to car fleet policy.
  • SAP new vendors creation and PR to PO conversion
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years’ experience in procurement coordination roles including car fleet management in an international environment.
  • Commercial education (CFC, MPC)
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of initiative and ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Service oriented, team player and flexibility.
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office and at ease with database management and report writing.
  • Fluency in English and French, additional language preferred.
