We are looking for an Individual as Procurement Manager for Marketing / HR Services, Prof. Services (60-80%)(m/w/x)

In this position, you are part of our customer’s Central Purchasing, an insurance company. You will be responsible for supporting the management of the Marketing, HR Services & Professional Services purchasing categories and in this role will make a significant contribution to advancing purchasing projects within a strategic framework. However, they are also responsible for the administrative and operational issues and processing of the purchasing categories.

You recognize digitization in purchasing as an opportunity and, thanks to your methodological expertise, create the basis for recurring cost savings through purchasing. To this end, you strive for exceptional achievements that are shaped by your entrepreneurial thinking and acting.

Tasks:

- Support of category Leads Professional Services and Marketing/HR Services in daily business.

- Advance the assigned strategic topics such as:

- Preparation and execution of tenders as well as price and contract negotiations within the framework of the Purchasing Governance

-Identification and implementation of value creation and cost saving potentials of the intended purchasing category and product groups on the basis of historical and forecasted data according to best practices o Establishment and maintenance of sustainable supplier partnerships as well as further development in cooperation with the internal department

– Management of the responsible contracts as well as execution of further operational and administrative purchasing activities.

- home office / remote work is possible to a certain extent, but must be coordinated in advance.

Related Information:

- Several years of professional experience in purchasing with demonstrably sound methodological knowledge in product group management.

- Knowledge of the product groups Marketing and HR Services as well as Professional Services is an advantage.

- Readiness for activities in the operational purchasing environment (must criterion).
