Business Excellence Procurement Specialist vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the telecommunications sector.

Your Tasks

• Analysing and recording targeted vendors on ESG aspects as well as ensuring the gathered information is precise and up to date
• Capturing suppliers’ data and metrics following the ESG reporting standards
• Preparing environmental, social and government data of targeted vendors for reporting purpose
• Building and maintain the ESG database of Vendors while also overseeing vendors performance indicators associated with ESG aspects
• Cooperating with the Procurement Business Excellence team on the vendor risk assessment and monitoring of ESG aspects
  
  

Your Experience/knowledge

• Expertise and interest in sustainability and ESG aspects
• Well-versed with Office programs combined with proficiency in project management
• Familiarity with data cleansing, preparation, analysis, and visualization of reports and dashboards
• Academic degree in data analytics or equivalent work experience
• Language skills: English and German – fluent in written and spoken

• Strong problem-solving approach along with a detail-oriented and patient personality
