In this position, you will…

• Jointly build a new (corporate) start-up for the Swiss financial market together with a small team of highly motivated and skilled talents
• Represent the voice of the customer/user and advocate for a user centric approach
• Contribute to the success of our venture by distilling complex problems into best in class user experiences

What you should bring…

• BA/BS/BFA degree or equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally in startups or FinTech
• 3+ years of experience in designing for both iOS and Android mobile devices
• Solid portfolio of products designed and demonstration of a clear understanding of design thinking and product design–Proficiency in user-centered design thinking methodologies and all steps of the design process
• Demonstrated experience with common design tools and services (Figma, Sketche, Adobe CC)
• Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams
• Ability to articulate design decisions with clear verbal and visual communication skills
• Experience with developing and applyingdesign systems

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Work independently on a wide set of problems across all phases of the product design process:
  • Plan, design, participate in and conduct user research
  • Define problem and solution spaceincl. clear hypothesis for user testing
  • Define KPI’s for user satisfaction and experience
  • Develop excellent and visually appealing UX flows
  • Prototype and test solutions
  • Support product team during implementation
  • Create specifications for developers
• Facilitate co-creationworkshops with users and different stakeholders
• Collaborate in cross functional teams to ship new features and products
• Shape visual language and contribute new components to the design system
