About the job

• Working closely with the Design and Suppliers at an early stage to ensure the proposed design is aesthetically and technically feasible way

• Maintaining technical data in Centric PLM during product development phase to ensure all technical information and development timeline

• Creating 3D files of developed products and managing CAD process to derive with technical 3D CAD files which are aligned with quality, aesthetic, technical, and cost requirements

• Creating product specifications and verification of all product related data and project requirements

• Estimating and validating product costs based on understanding of production processes and actively exploring alternate product construction or production processes to achieve effective product cost

• Evaluating technical risk, creating and validating Technical Handover Document. Carefully check sample before passing to approval gate

• Ensuring aesthetic quality while balancing with manufacturing requirements in CAD model

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• University degree or equivalent apprenticeship experience.

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting

• Solid knowledge of watches/ jewelry construction and mechanical engineering

• Problem solving mentality

• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

• Experience with watch industry is the plus

• Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

• Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude

• Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills. French speaking ability is a plus
