Your Team

This role is contained within the CPO Digital Strategy & Innovation division. We are a highly motivated, cross-functional and dynamic team dedicated to defining solutions for tomorrow’s financial service needs, formulating actionable recommendations and driving their realization at pace. You will be doing impactful and visible work that will shape the future direction of Avaloq and the financial services industry.

Your Mission

• Shape and ensure successful execution of Avaloq’s Integration Technology strategy (incl. APIs and integration products) from a product management perspective
• Identify, qualify, and shape new product requirements, embracing a holistic business and technology perspective
• Engage with clients & prospects
• Define sustainable product roadmaps and drive their realization
• Work closely with our partner ecosystem advising on and assessing partner solution integrations aiming at standardization and scalability
• Act as a advisor on all levels from the C-level to operational teams on topics with strategic business impact
• Create compelling stories and presentations for prospects, clients and other stakeholder groups

What you need

• Experience in a management consulting firm or comparable role in a leading financial services/technology firm
• Interest and basic knowledge in product management (from strategy to execution)
• Solid technical, technology and business know-how in relevant fields with good knowledge in the integration technology space
• Be able to produce high-quality, robust content showing deep technical and business knowledge in an independent and self-driven way (incl. business case and story/presentation design)
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and to master complex, unstructured tasks with strong sense of ownership and ability to foster collaboration across teams
• Strong analytical skills to render complex problems understandable for an audience of varied background and technical knowledge
• Ability to produce impactful and tangible output targeted to different stakeholder groups (e.g. white papers, strategy documents, concepts, and roadmaps)

You will get extra points for the following

• Foundational knowledge of Open Banking/API economy and financial services products and processes
• Proven project management skills is a plus
