We are afast-paced team, dedicated to producing results. The Product Manager on this team is responsible for defining and launching digital services for HP’s Business Boost initiative – a program that transforms the way people acquire and leverage technology to help them run their businesses faster.

This Product Manager will analyze and become master of trends and insights on hybrid and future workforce, workplace, and workstyles. Using market analytics, with a focus on ‘as a service’ and subscription business models, the Product Manager will define the services roadmap and launch services that will advance HP’s market position in line with the PS Services digital service strategy.

The Product Manager will have responsibility for the subscription strategy and product management of the commercial services bundled offering that addresses the work from home SMB and mid-market worker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive execution working across multiple product and functional teams to ensure a relevant and ongoing services roadmap that understands and addresses customer needs, product requirements, and HP’s business strategy.
  • Ensure ecosystem and experience curation model working with key partner organizations.
  • Work across business and organizational boundaries to build the solution with the best customer experience.
  • Own the solution offering and execution of the commercial roadmap.
  • Work across business units including PC, Print, displays and accessories, to successfully collaborate on the “good/better/best” set of services that advance the total ‘work’ HP solution for targeted customer segments.
  • Has deep product knowledge to ensure compatibility, and an amazing end to end HP experience.
  • Develop value proposition and differentiated use cases
  • Ensure best out of box and onboarding experience - work closely with engineering and curation team to test experiences that delight customers
  • Seen by internal and external GTM teams as an expert in the products/services/solutions and can sell the benefits with customers or partners.
  • Own the definition of business objectives for offering
  • Develop test plan for value proposition validation and manage offering matrix
  • Work closely with the Commercial Organization, Channel, engineering, services portfolio / product managers, and HP stores organization on GTM execution
Skills
  • 10+ years Product Management experience, preferably Masters Degree in business or computing discipline
  • Experience in subscription service business models and GTM
  • Experience crafting and delivering executive presentations with ease and composure.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Deep understanding of solution technologies
  • End to end customer journey and experience
