Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will be joining a high-performing team to build the next generation of Nexthink products. We work each day to improve the digital experience for our thousands of customers around the world, impacting millions of employees each day. Our mission is to delight our customers and their employees.

Your mission, if you choose to accept, will be to:
  • Contribute to the ideation, creation, launch and ongoing success product features enabling IT teams to communicate and interact with employees in new and innovative ways.
  • Elaborate and prioritize roadmaps, features, user stories, epics, and bugs to ensure your team is creating maximum value in alignment with our product strategy.
  • Participate in planning, prioritization, and scrum meetings, including grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Work in close cooperation with our UX designers and technical leads
  • Document new features, train Nexthink partners, sales engineers and consultants about new releases, support Product Marketing during the launch of products.
  • Follow our competitors and keep up to date with the industry.
  • Engage with customers to deeply understand how Nexthink is helping large organizations to improve the digital employee experience.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience as product manager or product owner in a cloud software company, with responsibility and success in building and shipping high value products or features in a B2B (or relevant B2C) market.
  • Proven experience working building tools that are used to engage and communicate, ideally for IT departments, to connect with non-IT employees at work across a large business.
  • Experience in DEX, ITSM, self-service, collaboration, chat and chatbots, survey tools, employee alerting or UEM is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of agile development / frameworks and modern Product Management techniques and practices.
  • Proven ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversight, delivering results incrementally and pragmatically.
  • You are extremely passionate about solving challenging real-life problems.
  • You are enthusiastic about working in an international, collaborative and fast-paced environment and learning new technologies.
  • Professional-level English, spoken and written.
Additional Information

Location: Lausanne, Switzerland. We support flexible, hybrid working, but this role is not 100% remote. As well and enjoying the advantages of home office remote working, we recognize the advantages to this role of frequent and regular face to face meetings with teams and peers in Nexthink’s flagship product headquarters in Lausanne.
