Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of our customer problems related to the operation and metering of Kubernetes in their cloud native environments..
• Use your command of these problems to help build context in the teams you work with, and to construct a roadmap of focused investments.
• Make the right thing for our customers the easy thing to do in our products with a constant focus on improving user experience in all phases of the product development life cycle.
• Move fast and validate your ideas with our customers. Demonstrate responsiveness and innovation with incremental releases.
• Operate cross-functionally and in the open. Ensure customer and stakeholder input is captured and outcomes and goals are transparent and understood.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3+ years of B2B product management at a SaaS company
• Hands-on experience in Kubernetes operations and the overall cloud native landscape
• Experience working on infrastructure, developer, or enterprise products
• Demonstrated ability to drive the entire product lifecycle, integrate customer feedback into product requirements, drive prioritization, and manage pre/post-launch go to market activities.
• A track record of creative thinking with the demonstrated ability to influence others
• Ability to work cross-functionally and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent verbal/written English communication skills
• Passion for great UX and UI
