  • Act from a business rules development & product focused view within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring proper product delivery, requirement engineering processes and requirement artifacts.
  • Own and develop relationship with partners, work with them to optimize and enhance our integration while focusing on our strategic goals and principles.
  • Drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with your cross-functional team members in the pod.
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from a technical and non-functional requirement perspective (i.e. production stability, performance & maintainability).
Your teamYou’ll be working in the Save, Protect and Grow my Investment team in Zurich, Hong Kong or Singapore focusing on delivering automated product suitability investor protection to our clients around the world.Our crew comprises of over 140 colleagues in 7 locations, living, breathing diversity and innovation day to day.Your expertise



  • Profound understanding of product lifecycle management and software delivery processes.
  • Delivery of complex automated software products based on Java, ideally experience with the business rules management system Actico Rules.
  • Profound understanding of business rules management systems and software system architecture.
  • Business analysis and standardized requirements engineering practices.
  • Test design and execution as well as common testing tools (Junit, SoapUI).
  • Understanding of banking processes and regulatory knowledge is a benefit.
  • Working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management.
  • Team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strong active listening and communication skills.
