Bachelor or Master university degree, or other higher education degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or other financial industry related field
At least 10 years work experiences in financial industry with knowledge in structuring / trading / risk / product issuance flow of cross asset structured products and derivatives
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders from business and IT
Having in-depth knowledge as user, product owner/manager or application engineer for trading position and risk management systems is required, eager to know all functionalities, configuration possibilities and workflows of existing and Bank future position & risk applications
Having programming skills and experience with Front Arena is a big plus
Solution oriented, analytical mindset with a high attention to details, ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and dependencies
Proven experience as a Product Owner in managing product backlogs, user stories, familiarity with agile methodologies, good knowledge of agile work tools such a Jira, Confluence, MIRO and Office
Preferable SAFe PM/PO/SM certification, other agile and project management certifications
German / English

Take ownership of trading & sales position and risk management capabilities and systems in a SAFe Agile Product Owner role
Work together with management (Business Owners, Desk Heads, Product Management, IT Architects and CoE Heads) to improve processes, align system enhancements and define roadmaps
Embrace the product owner role in an experienced position and risk management agile team working closely together with the Scrum Master, IT developers, Application Responsibles and System Experts
Analyse business workflows and write Bank stories, refine them together with the team members and prioritize their work along agreed roadmaps and committed features
Ensure the platform’s availability and component’s lifecycle together with support functions and the agile team
Take ownership to enhance the current setup along the defined target setup and implement new setup components, closely aligned with all relevant stakeholders
Be an accountable expert in projects related to position and risk management capabilities, regulatory topics, processes, and systems
