For our location in Steinhausen ZG we are looking for a skilled and experienced Product Specialist Die Bonding Epoxy

Your future Area of responsibility

  • Definition of product requirements and specifications according to market and customer requests for Die Bonding applications and new products
  • Beta tests of new machines, modules, and SW releases at customer site
  • Support for market introduction (exhibitions, demos, evaluations, buy offs, etc.)
  • Maintain an advanced technical understanding of all Die Bonding products, processes, and applications
  • Coordinate activities related to technical issues for potential and existing customers assigned, follow up on actions
  • Accountable for technical requests from customers, sales, and other field personnel
  • Ensure continuous improvement of product performance through systematic feedback and engagement with R&D
  • Conduct sample builds and feasibility for new opportunities
  • Conduct DB product / application training to internal employees as well as to customers

Our expectations

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or completed studies with higher education or technical college
  • Min. 5 years of experience preferably in the semiconductor backend industry or in other high tech related industries
  • Strong knowledge and understanding in engineering, Epoxy Die Bonding process development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Profound knowledge of English is a must-have, German knowledge nice-to-have
  • Good logical thought, grasp and analytical approach to complex mechanical systems (robotics)
  • We are looking for a motivated Teamplayer which has the ability to work flexible and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage interfaces to multiple teams and organizations
  • Readiness for travelling (>30%)
