With an international scope, Bio-Rad is now looking for a Product Support Engineer (m/f/d) - 100%.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • You provide technical support to our affiliates and distributors
  • You resolve customer concerns and inquiries and escalate them to the appropriate services within the organization if necessary
  • You design, organize and conduct internal and external technical instrument training
  • You design and develop e-learnings and virtual trainings
  • You perform coaching sessions for Field Service Engineers
  • You are involved in complaint review, analysis and trending process based on the performance metrics
  • You establish a communication channels with our stakeholders
What You Bring

  • You have a technical education with specialization in mechanics, electronics, hydraulics , automation and/or computer science
  • You have very good oral and written English language skills. French and/or German is a plus.
  • You have good computer skills (Hardware & Software, Databases, MS-Office)
  • Ideally, you have already acquired a certain amount of field experience with laboratory systems
  • You have a team-oriented way of working and like to work in a challenging environment.
  • You have good presentation skills
  • You possess a high sense of responsibility and have a “problem-solving” attitude
  • You are willing to travel also internationally (20% maximum).
