Production Operator - Grow with a company at the forefront of developing advanced therapeutic solutionsWe’re seeking a Production Operator for a temp to perm position in Visp with a leading biotech company. This role is an opportunity to work for a company that has a mission to address unmet medical needs and make a difference in the lives of patients. You can expect a perm contract in as little as 6 months.Responsibilities
  • Operate production equipment according to GMP and safety regulations
  • Monitor production processes and perform quality checks
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of production equipment and rooms
Requirements
  • Completed basic technical training as a chemical technician, machine mechanic, or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated production plant or career starter after completed training
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English, German is an advantage
  • Good GMP knowledge
  • Drive for continuous improvement and act proactively
  • Independent, agile, flexible, accurate, and clean way of working
  • Willingness to work in a 2-model shift pattern 6-14 + 14-22
