Amcor Flexibles Rorschach AG ist ein Unternehmen der Amcor Limited, einem der weltgrössten Lieferanten für verantwortungsvolle Verpackungslösungen. Mit rund 300 Mitarbeitenden veredeln wir Aluminiumfolien und andere Materialien zu rezyklierbaren Packstoffen.

Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir für unsere Produktion einen selbständigen und zuverlässigen Produktionstechniker (m/w/d).

Das erwartet dich bei uns
  • Mitarbeit und Unterstützung von Verbesserungs- und Änderungsprojekten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Definition von Prozessvorschriften
  • Begleitung und Mitarbeit bei Versuchsaufträgen
  • Analysieren sowie Lösen verfahrenstechnischer Aufgaben im Betrieb
  • Beratung interner Stellen in verfahrenstechnischen Fragen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Evaluation sowie Einführung neuer Verfahren sowie bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte
  • Mithilfe beim Rationalisieren und Standardisieren von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Bearbeitung von Fehlermeldungen und Kundenreklamationen um die Qualitätsleistung in der Produktion nachhaltig zu verbessern
  • Erstellen und Auswerten von Kennzahlen, um Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu erarbeiten
  • Analyse von Veredlungsprozessen mit dem Ziel, bestehende Produktionsanlagen technisch
zu verbessern und bei Neuanschaffungen mitzuhelfen

Wir freuen uns auf dich, wenn du folgendes mitbringst
  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb (Vorzugsweise Drucktechnologe, chemische Grundausbildung, oder ähnliches)
  • Technische Weiterbildung HF / FH von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit, die Neuerungen offen und positiv gegenübersteht
  • Fundierte Methodenkompetenz um effiziente und zielgerichtete Lösungen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
  • Selbstständige, effiziente und flexible Arbeitsweise sowie vernetztes Denken
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und vorzugsweise Englischkenntnisse
