For our client,an international pharmaceutical company,we are looking for a :Global Asset Technical Assessment Lead for Infrastructure & UtilitiesTemporary contract to start 1st of September.Contract until 31.12.2023,with possibility of extension.As the Global Asset Technical Assessment Lead,you will take charge of strategy development in conjunction with our third-party engineering office. Your main responsibilities will be managing potential risks and working to define the strategy for worldwide Assets including Building, Infrastructure, Underground Network, etc.Your Main Responsibilities
  • In charge to define and follow the plannings, anticipate the identification of the next assets to assess worldwide (Switzerland, Japan, China, USA, etc.) ; and assure the good unwinding of the program.
  • Manage the assessment teams (composed of External suppliers and internal profiles) at different stages of the whole process (Inventory, assessment and deep dive, remediation plan)
  • Prepare and plan assessments with the various stakeholders (technical experts, HSE, area managers, engineering and maintenance, external companies, etc.) and assure to cover all the scope of the project by ordering complementary studies if needed.
  • Collect and sort the documentation and information necessary to establish the program files : offers, technical specifications, Analysis, technical documentation, HSE documentation, risk analysis, reports, rationalize the actions plans, etc.
  • Carry out the audits and identify major gaps
  • Lead risk analysis meeting wheel (Tiers, Communications,)
  • Budget Definition and Follow
  • Manage the third parties on the shopfloor.
  • Identify the critical risks, and lead the different teams to take the immediate and conservatory actions (ex : safety of people, asset, …)
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, and minimum 5 years within Project management
  • Experience within chemical, pharmaceutical or biotech company is a must
  • Experience with People management (external/internal) & stakeholders influence
  • Fluency in French/English
  • Expertise in Building/Infrastructure, and/or Utilities is a plus
  • Knowledge of cGMP and HSE standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical issues for a non-expert audience
