Our Marketing Communication Campaigns team is responsible for strategic planning and developing marketing concepts for the global presence of SWISS, as well as implementing the campaigns in the DACH region. We believe in the power of creative excellence to achieve brand and sales goals.

Tasks

Do you have fun with marketing campaign management in a dynamic environment? Do you enjoy the creative aspect of campaign management, marketing technology and media? Do you understand how to interact with different stakeholders, define and implement requirements? Then this is the right job for you.

  • Lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated multi-channel campaigns for the Swiss market
  • Develop efficient briefings which are concise and clear that guides the agency teams on the preparation, design, and execution
  • Manage campaigns and execute them in cooperation with creative and media agencies to drive brand awareness and sales
  • Plan campaigns and execute them on time, on budget and on target
  • Work cross-functionally with teams including Analytics, Sales, Revenue Management, Sponsoring, Content Marketing, Social Media
  • Work with data, analyze and report overall campaign performance, sales, and conversion rates

Requirements

You have a strong interest in media and a good understanding of creative concepts. You are well-versed in the workflows of developing communication measures with agency partners. You are an excellent team player with an open personality, take responsibility and thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing/communications or comparable education with a focus on marketing communications
  • Proven track record executing integrated campaigns from ideation through launch that drives demand and foster brand image
  • Experienced in data-driven Marketing Campaigns
  • Great initiative and motivation to bring ideas to life
  • You enjoy collaborating with others and have very good communication skills
  • You are reliable and very well organized
  • Proficient handling of MS Office applications
  • A flair for writing texts and designing PowerPoint presentations
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills are a must
