For our client, an international company in Baar we are looking for

Project Manager Business Operations - External Manufacturing

  • Start date:ASAP
  • End: 1 year contract
  • Extension: possible
  • Workplace: Baar
  • Workload: 100%

The project manager of Business Operations is a member of the Global External Manufacturing team.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

The role supports the external manufacturing governance model specifically:

  • Manages and facilitates key internal meetings (creates agenda, minutes, track actions and documents decision);
  • Ensures escalations are managed in adherence to the model;
  • Maintains trackers and tools for meeting management, dashboards, risk management, continuous improvements;
  • Coordinates creation of powerpoint presentations to support governance model;
  • Tracks key departmental milestones;
  • Tracks key departmental goals;
  • Maintains global calendar up to date;
  • Manages the execution of business operations improvement projects;
  • Maintains resource model up to date.

    • Must have:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical cGMP manufacturing industry;
    • Bachelors/ Master`s Degree (Life Science, Quality, Engineering), additional competences in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related fields are a plus;
    • Experience with supplier relationship experience is a plus.
    • Demonstrated project management skills.
