Are you a well-organised project manager used to working on international projects?

Are you able to build trust within a new and developing organisation quickly?

Do you have experience of implementing IT systems (ERP, CRM)?

Then we could have a role for you.

Working alongside internal IT and external solution providers, you will be responsible for the deployment of a new transportation management solution.
  • Support Build & Definition of Project Organization and communication
  • Plans, organizes and coordinates program team activities
  • Balances the competing demands for quality/scope, time and cost, and performs cost control (actual vs. budget)
  • Manages risks and issues, appraises positive or negative effects on the program objectives.
  • Proposes mitigation plans and alternatives to Program Steering Committee for decision
  • Ensures alignment of all activities on-going related to projects
  • Responsible for the success of the program
  • Build and maintain Resource planning
  • Applies company Project Management methodology and deliverables
  • Prepare and lead steering committee, in alignment with Project PMO
You will be responsible for providing weekly updates, managing project documentation and ensuring key stakeholders are updated, involved and challenged throughout the project.

This role will be home based with a return to work planned in line with the evolving situation, however, you will be expected to be in Lausanne for key meetings with PMO and senior stakeholders.

Fluent English is essential with French an obvious advantage.
