Job Description


Jetcost is looking for a Project Manager for its Technology department.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects to meet the needs of our business sponsors in the marketing, commercial and product areas. You will work closely with business sponsors, stakeholders, the technical team of developers, UX designers and PM colleagues to deliver exceptional service to our stakeholders. It’s a varied and hands-on role where you’ll not only make sure everything runs smoothly, but you’ll also carry out business support and coordination activities, helping us to improve our project management processes and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Project Management Team Leader and working closely with Business Sponsors, Developers, UX Designers, Data Engineers and other Project Managers
  • Leading the delivery of multiple digital product projects with our internal clients
  • Actively support initiatives and activities definition
  • Conducting internal client meetings to gather requirements, communicate progress, run demos, review priorities and provide updates
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation and project boards
  • Participating in daily team stand-ups, identifying impediments and helping to eliminate them
  • Overseeing the estimation process and actively tracking estimates versus actuals

Qualifications


Essential

  • Experience in project management of digital products development, ecommerce solutions
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects and a varied workload
  • Proactivity, with great organisational skills - someone who makes sure nothing slips
  • Strong communication skills across different teams and cultures
  • Curious system thinker who likes to understand how things work and with the ability to problem-solve
  • Fluent in English

  • Technical background or passion for technology
