Based on the DLT law that came into force in Switzerland in 2021, we enable companies to issue their shares on the blockchain and make them tradable via their own website.

Tasks
  • Working closely with designers, developers, clients and other stakeholders to define every detail of our ambitious product vision.
  • Ensuring successful and timely delivery of all existing tasks, from minor bug fixes to large projects. Taking responsibility of our Agile software development board and its throughput.
  • Assignment of tasks to correct team members, tracking progress until delivery and ensuring proper coordination and escalation when tasks get blocked
  • A deep understanding of our toolset and its functionality, and also client requirements, to participate in decisions regarding trade-offs, prioritization and efforts
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing a software development project with proven results
  • Experience in agile software development practices, Kanban boards
  • Experience in at least one issue tracking software (Jira, GitHub boards, Trello, ...)
  • Excellent communication skills, adding clarity to every discussion and issue that’s being worked on
  • Excellent skills in decomposing complex projects to smaller tasks, identifying critical paths, assigning tasks to respective team members
