For one of our clients, a globally active chemical company, we are looking for a highly qualified


Project Manager, 100% (m/f/d),with an interest in Process Plants


Your scope includes, but is not limited to:

  • Having full responsibility for the execution of equipment and system projects within a given budget and timeline
  • Monitoring your projects regarding schedule, quality, financials and assuraning contract fulfillment
  • Supporting the sales entities from inquiry through offer and until completion of the negotiation phase
  • Coordinating, liaising and managing claims of both customers and suppliers
  • Cooperating with and coordinating internal stakeholders
  • Supervising start-up, commissioning and performance tests on-site


The following qualifications and experience will help you succeed in this role:

  • You have a technical degree or education
  • You are Project Management certified (e.g. Scrum, PMP, IPMA)
  • You are experienced with complex project work, preferably in the process industry, and are familiar with external/end-client contact
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an international environment
  • You follow a structured process and have strong problem-solving skills
  • You are able to work independently, have a strong customer focus and demonstrate solid negotiation skills
  • You are a skilled communicator and stakeholder management, across various levels of hierarchy
  • You are fluent in verbal and written English. German would be highly advantageous and any further languages will be an asset
