Responsibilities
  • In this position you are responsible for customer and Liebherr Machines Bulle SA (LMB) quality requirements and support the project manager in the quality gates review process
  • You will plan with supplier management, verify PPAP availability and are responsible for customer PPAP
  • You support the execution of FMEA reviews, RPN reduction activities and take care of the requirement planning in terms of product, system and process-FMEA
  • You perform technical reviews or audits as required and prepare customer audits during the project phase
  • You plan risk assessment, moderate them and verify measures
  • You are responsible for claim handling in the prototype phase and collaborate on problem solving
  • You will collaborate on general cross-functional improvement projects as needed and define, implement and monitor KPIs

Competencies
  • You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or obtained a similar qualification
  • You have done advanced trainings in Quality Management, preferably in quality tools such as FMEA or 8D
  • You have acquired professional experience in the field of automotive quality management, manufacturing or development and used to work for at least 3 years in a similar position
  • You possess fluent proficiency in French, as well as a good knowledge in English and German
  • You have a profound understanding of MS Office perfectly, advanced knowledge of QS-STAT (or similar) and first experiences with Baan and CASQit/QSYS
  • Your personality is characterized by your proactive, independent way of working as well as your good communication and moderation skills. Furthermore you are a motivated team player who has a flair for analysis
