Tasks

Join the ProTeam international trainee program and gain invaluable experiences across all departments of SWISS and the Lufthansa Group. Design your traineeship according to your main interests. You can look forward to 18 months of airline insights, interesting projects and personal development.

  • Structured onboarding, visiting different subsidiaries, as well as our ’Airline Process Know-How’ seminar
  • Choose four project assignments based on your interests – up to two can be abroad
  • General Airline Management Simulation Game, understanding of the ground operation at Zurich or Frankfurt airport and firsthand experience as a flight attendant
  • You’ll receive individual coaching and personal development to enable your true potential
  • As part of our commitment to social responsibility, you’ll have the opportunity to volunteer with fellow trainees at our own charitable NGO help alliance

Requirements

ProTeam is the trainee program designed for the future, both yours and ours.

  • We are seeking individuals who possess the ability to think outside the box, along with a curious and enthusiastic nature
  • You have a visionary and creative mind and are unafraid to explore new approaches
  • We are particularly interested in learning what you can contribute to the following aspects: collaboration, communication, self-reflection, entrepreneurship, venture readiness, digitalization and integrity
  • A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in any field of study is required
  • English and advanced knowledge of German is essential
  • A passion for aviation, digital challenges, and interdisciplinary thinking is highly valued
  • If you have a strong desire to make a real impact, and perhaps even possess some initial professional experience, we would love to receive your application
