Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in an administrative role working in a technology or international environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative role for management, involving calendar management, event planning, leading projects, travel scheduling and booking, budgeting, and minuting meetings.
- Ability to handle matters with confidentiality when needed.
- Ability to build and maintain constructive working relationships with a diverse community.
- Excellent communication, project, and stakeholder management skills.

- Perform administrative tasks, such as managing calendars and budgets, booking travel, and scheduling facilities and equipment.
- Improve and define processes with little guidance.
- Lead and manage projects.
- Organize logistics for various team off-sites and events.
- Be a trusted advisor to the Leadership team.
