Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with distributed computing, Big data analytics, cloud computing, multi-tenant cloud, or AI.
- Experience promoting to executive business decision makers by aligning and reinforcing the value of the solution to the customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities and decision criteria.
- Ability to build a strategic AI growth plan to identify and capitalize on transformational shifts in the market and leads orchestration and execution plans involving a significant number of stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and drive meaningful outcomes with engineering, field, partner, and customer stakeholders.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders including business decision makers and C-levels.
- Excellent relationship building, negotiation, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.

As an AI Solution Specialist in the Digital Native Customer space, you will act as a solution specialist and strategist within our Customer Growth Engine organization working with our most important AI digital native and Information business companies on their AI Strategy. You will collaborate closely with a team of Global and Regional AI Customer Engineers and AI Go-to-Market (GTM) Business Developer Leads to create, progress, and convert pipeline by engaging in assigned strategic AI digital native and Info business accounts.

Responsibilities
- Create, progress, and convert pipeline in targeted AI digital native and info business accounts via solution expertise proving solution and business value via GTM vehicles designed to drive commitments to adopt AI, scale best practices, learnings and deliverables with field and communities.
- Engage in business value-based conversations with customers aligned to their industry. Collaborate with Account, Partner teams to improve time to value for customers as well as time to revenue for Google Cloud.
- Enable solution promoting expertise across field sellers, sales specialists by scaling solution selling approach, engaging partners, product engineering where needed, representing customer, partner, and field to global stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Google Partner team, identify new partners, and develop joint proposals and programs with partners.
