Architect and Consultant – Cloud Data & AI Platforms (w/m/x)

Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Architect and Consultant for modern Cloud Data & AI Platforms you will be part of our Data & Technology consulting team where you will be responsible for providing technical thought leadership and solution expertise around Data & AI technologies. This includes technology assessment, use case development, as well as solution outline and design for modern Data & AI architectures in hybrid- and multi-cloud scenarios. You’ll be knowledgeable of traditional legacy data warehouse systems and state of the art cloud architectures.

You excel by working with clients and by consulting them to resolve their business challenges and achieve outcomes with data. You`ll demonstrate hands-on technology and programming expertise in combination with the ability to guide teams leveraging agile approaches.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 3 years practical experience in the following areas

• Data to AI platform architecture design and implementation (Big Data, Data Warehouse, Data Integration, Master Data Management and/or Cloud Data)
• Programming (Java/Python, SQL)
• Cloud or Cloud native platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google
• Fluent in English and German (preferred) or French
