Actelion is a leader in the field of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). The portfolio of PAH treatments covers the spectrum of disease, from WHO Functional Class (FC) II through to FC IV, with oral, inhaled and intravenous medications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Preparing Paper Trial Master Files (pTMF) documents for a long-term archive
  • Transferring pTMF documents to archiving binders and keep track of those activities
  • Work independently and in cooperation with team/contact person
  • Reporting progress to the study teams
Who We Are Looking For
  • Swiss Commercial Education
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft word, excel and other MS office tools
  • Enjoys working with paper documents
  • Detail oriented but also interested to see the global picture
  • Works closely with the study team in case of questions
  • Physical stamina to lift a box
  • Good language skills in English
This role is office-based in Allschwil, Switzerland will initially be limited to approx. 6 months, with the option for an extension.
