Job Description


Your mission
:

To reinforce the Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Client Relationship Management. Our mission is for one of our clients, a very well-established Private Bank in Geneva, in the midst of a digital transformation.

Your responsibilities:

  • Defining functional specifications and evaluation criteria for business solutions based on the requirements of the subject matter experts;
  • Defining needs by its description but also by its limits;
  • Breaking down a solution into independent blocks in order to be able to implement them independently;
  • Being the referent of the business needs;
  • Maintaining the mapping of the functions fulfilled and to be fulfilled by the information system in collaboration with the architects;
  • Describing the tests needed to validate the functionalities of a solution and to generate the documentation.

Qualifications


Your profile and your skills
:

  • You have a Bachelor degree;
  • You possess the knowledge of mostfunctional areas of a bank;
  • You are experienced with WDX or other CRM system management;
  • You possess excellent knowledge of modelling tools and MS Office and a strong methodology to analyze problems;
  • You possess the capacity to makebanking language understandable to all stakeholders;
  • You justify a good Knowledge on Client Life cycle Management processes; (Client onboarding, Client offboarding, Client review, signature process and document management);
  • You are experienced in workflow management and case management;
  • You have experience in executing test cases;
  • You are structured, clear in descriptions and a strong team player;
  • You speak English and French proficiently;
  • You have a Swiss Residency.
