Business Transformation Project leader

Our client develops, produce, and supply high-quality products and services intended for diagnostic laboratories

Responsibilities :

• You are responsible leading key business operations change initiatives from conceptualization to rollout in a truly global cross-functional organization.
• You are engaging with senior leaders and experts from the key functions such as Quality and Regulatory, Manufacturing, R&D and Marketing to drive your project independently within scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
• You are managing external consultancy partners supporting change initiatives as needed.
• You assure that the business operations change initiatives are seamlessly interlinked and consistent with the integrated portfolio management process and the core team leadership model. You are coaching and mentoring others in these principles.
• You are contributing to the continuous development of the Business Transformation discipline and you are partnering with the corporate Business Transformation team.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successfully leading large scale business transformation projects in a global complex medical device organization (ideally diagnostic) with interfaces to R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality & Regulatory and Project Management Office.
• Profound understanding of corporate business processes and broad understanding of the realization of in vitro diagnostics products (e.g. paired with multi-year experience as product development project leader).
• Strong systemic thinker with a flair for process design on a global scale.
• Strong “can-do” attitude with the ability to inspire as a matrix leader team members from various disciplines and cultural backgrounds towards one goal.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all layers of the organization from senior management to dedicated experts, strong facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Project management methodology is your 2nd nature (certificates e.g. PMP, Prince II are a plus), as well as certification in Lean Methodology (Lean Six Sigma Back Belt, VSM, 8 step problem solving, Kaizen) and Change Management experience (PROCI or equivalent).
• Flexibility for occasional international travels and fluent in English (German and/or French a plus).
