The Client Delivery Executive (CDE) drives service delivery for one or several customers and coordinates vertical and horizontal delivery teams. The Client Delivery Executive is responsible for contract and project execution (in line with defined budget and planning), and coordination of all key stakeholders including Industry Operations team (engineers, solution architects) and Horizontal Operations team (engineers, developers from Global Operations Practices)

Client Delivery Executives are responsible for the success or failure of complex programmes of work for key Atos clients. They need to have a heavy operational focus, but also understand how to leverage existing activity and networks to identify and win new opportunities for further work or expansion of current scope.

Key Responsibilities

Solution design and delivery
  • Drive end-to-end project execution by orchestrating delivery between Industry and horizontal Operations teams, in line with Atos delivery standards, defined budget and planning
  • Secure smooth running of implemented solutions (high quality and cost effective delivery) by ensuring troubleshooting/maintenance (predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance)
  • Improve productivity (cost optimization) of overall managed resources and/or platforms through innovation
  • Manage timely delivery of large and complex transformation projects by leveraging dedicated Industry specific engineering & delivery capabilities
  • Be responsible for the management of risk & issues and contract/project monitoring (Rainbow Delivery), in combination with service delivery and/or project manager
Customer management
  • Understand and challenge clients’ business needs
  • Interact with client technical teams to find innovative solutions adapted to client’s level of maturity
Portfolio development
  • Contribute and Collaborate with the Head of portfolio in Industry Consulting & Marketing in his/her Industry to provide Account best practices and Account solution demands for industry or practice portfolio solutions

Required Profile

  • Leader for a medium to large, moderately complex client operational environments of Atos service, managing a team of supporting SDMs, partners and international delivery teams working for different practices and industries. In addition, served on a larger engagement as a member of an account/service line SDM team.
