We are looking for an experienced and driven Director of Global Talent Acquisition to join our Global HR team. The Director of Talent Acquisition will develop, lead, and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy for the company. This position will be responsible for continuing to build out and run our in-house Talent Acquisition function that is rapidly scaling, and will lead the Talent Acquisition efforts including, recruiting strategy, process improvement, strategic sourcing, analytics, branding, and overall candidate experience. This key role will be reporting to the Global VP of Human Resources and serving as a strategic business partner to management, developing sourcing and recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our hyper-growth organization. This is a hands-on leadership role, that will lead our growing company and drive results, while remaining agile to support our hiring success. The ideal candidate will be based in either Bulgaria, Switzerland or Boston, MA (USA).

Responsibilities
  • Leading, managing and developing a global team of 15+ Talent Acquisition professionals, you will develop the global recruiting operations strategy and road-map
  • Leverage various talent acquisition strategies to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage resources effectively
  • Lead and strategize our global employer branding strategy to tell our story in a consistent way
  • Partner with our leadership team to understand business needs and support recruiting efforts for aligned business and functions Support effective management of team members roles and careers
  • Drive continuous, data-driven improvement of Talent Acquisition strategy and processes
  • Be a people-oriented leader that values input across multiple perspectives and can synthesize ideas
  • Develop strong relationships with HR Business Partners to understand the workforce plans and to build effective talent pipelines
  • Represent the TA team in various company leadership meetings and leverage data to gain and share insights with leadership team
  • Continue to evolve analytics and reporting capabilities
  • Ensure team members continuously develop their skills and capabilities to meet organizational needs in the future
  • Champion the next wave of inclusive & equitable recruiting practices and policies and continue to refine the recruiting process to mitigate or remove sources of bias
  • Be accountable for diversity in the hiring funnel, and hiring outcomes
  • Manage the TA budget and resource planning
  • Assist the team in researching and actively sourcing passive job seekers
  • Oversee / manage relationships with third-party agencies and vendors when needed
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a global technology organization
  • Significant experience in Eastern/Western Europe, Asia Pacific and the US is required
  • 7+ years of experience of leading recruiting teams and all aspects of headcount planning, setting and inspecting KPIs, and hiring delivery
  • 5+ years of experience leading hiring in a hyper growth environment and scaling an internal TA function.
  • Proven ability of having developed high performing Talent Acquisition teams, programs, solutions and strategies
  • Experience leveraging data to communicate to leadership and to identify strengths and opportunities within talent processes/programs to guide our teams to exceptional performance
  • Demonstrated ability to be seen as a true Talent Partner to all levels of the business
  • The ability to identify and attract top talent, both for an organization and for your own team
  • Proactive, dynamic and thorough – not afraid to get hands dirty and “in the weeds” as needed
  • Ability to be approachable and facilitate coaching conversations with employees
  • Ability to mitigate and lead others to overcome challenges
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Passion for staying up to date with the latest TA trends and best practices
  • Experience in system implementation, social media strategy, training and competitive market intel
  • Experience leveraging data to communicate to leadership and to identify strengths and opportunities within talent processes/programs to guide our teams to exceptional performance
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
