  • Ensuring project risks are raised in a timely manner and act upon outcomes to identify and deliver improvements / resolve issues.
  • Act as Author for Empower CH GSOP (Global Standard Operating Process), ensuring changes / updates are captured accurately.
  • Engage with (and mentor) lead-users at site-level to ensure effective knowledge transfer for Empower.

Location:This role is a global role and will require some flexibility in working-hours from the successful applicant (supporting different time-zones). Ideally you will be based at one of GSK’s Consumer Healthcare sites, but we are happy to consider alternative locations for the right person.

An understanding of key lab systems and day-to-day operations of a Quality Control (QC) lab is also required. Knowledge/experience of LIMS packages is also required (ideally your experience will be with Empower).

The ability to communicate with senior internal and external stakeholders is also required as you will need to work with a wide-range of people at different levels within the company.
