At Beckman Life Sciences in Switzerland, we are actively looking for a Field Service Engineer in Life Sciences,to conduct service, repair and/or installation of productsor IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts.

• Responsibilities :
  

Conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts.

Responsiblefor customer satisfaction in all aspects of the job. Increased efficiency, decreased downtime, regular Preventive Maintenance, regular upgrades a steward for the company

Supportingthe teams in sales and service, add value to our service offerings, manage a customer account in its entirety

Qualifications :

• 5 + years of prior field service experience in related field: Medical/Laboratory devices, liquid handling, automation, troubleshooting, theory and application
• Have a strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills, have the drive/motivation to take action and prioritize daily activities and determine what requires immediate attention.
• Commercial experience
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills, English, German and French spoken and written.
• GMP/GLP rules understanding
• Highly computer literate (especially in Office)
• Able to travel in your working time.
