2YD SA operates a multi disiplinary medical center in Geneva.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Director (GP) located in Geneva. The Medical Director (GP) will be responsible for working as a family doctor and also overseeing medical affairs, providing medical expertise, and developing and implementing healthcare strategies. The Medical Director will work closely with the management and the doctors at the medical center to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of patient safety, efficacy, and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Medical Degree from an accredited institution and licence to pratice in Geneva/ Switzerland.
  • Family or Internal Medicine
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and French is required, fluency in another language is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslY
