As a Junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant you will become part of our Enterprise Application Services (EAS) team, which offers our customers a whole range of IT services across many industries - with one of the most innovative CRM / ERP platforms in the digital age.

Your key responsibilities

• Advising companies on the analysis and optimization of their customer relationship management or enterprise resource management
• Support of the digital transformation of the business processes in the areas of Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Retail and Operations
• Development of innovative and tailor-made CRM or ERP solutions
• Adaptation/ customization of CRM / xRM or ERP solutions
• Training in technical CRM or ERP solutions: in either Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or F&O

You convince us with

• A valid working permit (minimum B-permit)
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in: Computer Science, Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or similar
• Strong English skills and either proficient German or French skills
• Profound interest in technology and digitization topics and their integration into the CRM strategy
• Resilience, problem-solving skills, quality-consciousness, and clear communication
• The ability to work in international environment
