The Head of Financial Planning and Analysis team leads the performance indicators analysis and planning processes within the Group, including the budget, forecast, and mid-term plan.

This highly visible role is a member of the Group Finance Leadership Team and works closely with the Regional CFOs, Group Head of Strategy, Group Head of Investor Relations and the Group CFO.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in building and growing teams. You will lead a dynamic team and will be asked to drive strategic analysis in a cross-functional, matrixed organization across multiple product lines and geographies. The right candidate will drive business insights and continuous improvement, bring a quantitative, data-driven analytical mindset, and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Lead the preparation of the monthly management accounts including the Monthly performance pack for the Group Executive Committee, Group Audit Committee and Board.
  • Manage & develop a high-performing Group FP&A team (11 FTE).
  • Work closely with Group Accounting, Investor Relations and Communications on the preparation of the Quarterly financial results releases, interim and annual integrated report.
  • Lead the Group forecasting, budgeting and mid-term plan processes.
  • Develop key highlights/KPIs to drive business performance and track growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executives to provide analytical rigor and evaluate strategic initiatives.
  • Responding quickly to the needs of key stakeholders as well as the operating environment of the Group.
  • Refine data systems and tools to track performance, provide reporting solutions and enhance operational insights.
  • Assist in projects in support of strategy and business development initiatives.
  • Build outstanding and effective relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Work alongside our executive team to establish a strategic roadmap and growth targets for multiple business units and geographies.
  • Create financial models, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Determine the appropriate processes, business drivers and modelling techniques to develop and deliver forecasts. Develop reports and monitor metrics for forecasting.
  • University degree or equivalent, higher education in Business Administration
  • 15+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated growth
  • Minimum of 10 years in Finance/FP&A positions
  • Public company quarterly close experience
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong focus on attention to detail
  • Delivering against tight deadlines with very demanding stakeholders.
  • IFRS fluency
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining solid relationships
  • Communication with a wide range of partners including C-Suite Executives
  • Data driven mindset
