The HR Specialist, Service Delivery is responsible for HR Shared Service efforts on the Colleague Connect Europe team. Responsible for the timely and efficient administration of HR related processes within their assigned region. Reporting to the Head Global HR Shared Services, Responsibilities include triaging and responding to employee inquiries in accordance to HR policies, payroll and benefits as well as support including employment contracts, filling, onboarding, offboarding, leave of absence handling, Workday System Support, and standard HR reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently managing daily tasks with the Colleague Connect Team
  • Managing inquiries within the ServiceNow system by prioritizing assigned tickets, maintaining response time and inquiry close rate.
  • Promptly responds to inquiries and questions from employees in accordance to company HR policies also in relation to benefits, leave of absence, payroll, vacation/PTO and other HR related topics. This includes triaging the request, researching options, providing compliant and consistent answers, and engaging appropriate subject matter experts as needed.
  • General onboarding and offboarding of colleagues, including employment contracts, filing, onboarding, offboarding, as well as exit interviews, enrollment/de-rolling into benefits plans
  • Coordinate and execute various HR processes including, but not limited to:.
  • Leave of absence administration by country policy and regulations.
  • Employment verification and sales credentialing
  • Relocation and immigration administrative support.
  • Conduct periodic audits and compliance checks.
  • Employee relations tier one support in these instances with accountability of the respective HR Business Partner.
  • Creates custom and ad hoc reports using HR system on all HR related matters.
  • Workday standard reporting; partner with HRIS to produce and distribute requested reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence teams through participation in project work, and report and document generation as needed.
  • Fully understands company benefit plans for proper handling of employee requests.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting or relevant field.
  • English and French required. German a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in an HR shared service environment in Europe with first team lead responsibilities
  • Process oriented with the ability to create/recommend improvements to processes
  • Customer Service oriented with the ability and desire to work in a team environment
  • Experienced with Workday ERP or similar HRIS
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizations skills, disciplined and self-motivated
  • The abilitiy to multi-task in a fast paced environment
