As part from the HQ HR team, you will join an energizing and dynamic team where new ideas, continuous improvement and flexibility are the keys. If it is what makes you smile, you may be our fit !

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead on 1 key project of the department : onboarding process
  • Support the employee lifecycle through administrative tasks (contracts, addendums,…)
  • Coordinate employee benefits & jubilees
  • Prepare the onboarding of new joiners
  • Provide some support in recruitment
  • Support the HR Team in some projects
  • Take care of HR mail & mailbox
  • Archive, create and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Orders & invoice management

Your Profile
  • CFC employé de commerce, Bachelor in Psychology, Economy or equivalent
  • HR certificate in progress would be a plus
  • First professional experience in an administrative department
  • Knowledge of the swiss social system
  • Excellent command of French (C2), good command of English (B2 minimum)
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, autonomous and solution oriented teamplayer with excellent interpersonal skills
