About Our Client

Our client is an international company with offices in Nyon.

Job Description

As an Interim Consolidation Manager you will be in charge of the following:

  • Compiling and sending quarterly reporting
  • Producing consolidated Financial Statements including Metrics and quarterly Reporting (Fixed Asset Rollforwards, Equity Rollforwards, Debt Rollforwards, Debt Compliance Questionnaire)
  • Delivering RHC Consolidated Financial Statements
  • Consolidations including Eliminations in Planful
  • Generating/Distributing Internally/Reviewing RHI Calendar Year Financials and RHI Fiscal Year Financials
  • Reviewing FX Integration
  • Setting up new GL accounts if necessary, and verifying Trading Partners, Interco Eliminations, and integration into financial statements
  • Setting up new companies if necessary
  • Consolidation Software monthly maintenance

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting & Controlling
  • Excellent accounting knowledge and deep understanding of US GAAP
  • Ability to work with worldwide business partners
  • Extensive experience in consolidation
  • Big-4 experience might be a plus
